[gnu.emacs.help] Is there GNU Emacs for the IBM PC?

I'm quite sure this is a FAQ, but I can't find the answer anywhere and I'm
tired of FTP'ing the known world.  (Although it's a fun hobby :-)

My question is this:  Is there a full working implementation of GNU Emacs
                      for an MSDOS system?  (Including Emacs Lisp, key
                      bindings, Dired, etc.)

Failing that:  Which of the various Emacs clones lying around comes
               closest to what I want?

Please E-mail replies as I don't wish to clog up the bandwith.  If there
is interest I'll summarize.
