Has anybody managed to get ange-ftp (ver 3.102 w/ Emacs 18.57, Domain OS sr 10.2) working reliably on Apollos? Earlier versions of ange-ftp used to work perfectly on Apollos with Emacs 18.55, but after we upgraded to 18.57 it no longer worked. Seems there is some problem with Apollos interacting with Emacs/ange-ftp. At first I suspected corrupted ptys, but the problems persists even after I remade the ptys. Since ange-ftp works perfectly on our Suns and at times it even works on Apollos, I suspect that Domain OS is the culprit.
