[gnu.g++.help] where is cplus-tab.h?

   While building G++ "1.37.2 alpha 2 (based on GCC 1.37)" with GCC
   1.37.1, cplus-lex.c wants cplus-tab.h, which is nowhere to be found.
   Any pointers?

Make it with bison (using the -d option).

You and Angel Li were right, of course.  Perhaps it should be part of
the normal build process?
