	I have had pointed out to me already that when I said my wife
	could get her license I did not clarify my position enough.
	Before I get all these replies that tell me how I've degraded
	females en masse, let me state this here and now:

	I meant (and stated so) that my wife, like many others in this
	world, male and female alike, had NO radio or electronics
	experience. Yet she WAS able to obtain her license anyway.
	The fact that she is female had NOTHING to do with that
	statement. (Of course, I'm glad that she is female, but then,
	that's a topic for another newsgroup.)
