As in many other institutions, Kent is looking into moving to ANSI standard C as a uniform language for many purposes. The gnu gcc is available on some platforms. (Exactly which ones?) Are there other ANSI standard C compilers from AT&T or other companies. I would like to compile a list and will post it later. But first your input would be appreciated. Paul
