[gnu.g++.help] Looking for a good C++ book...

	I am just getting started in C++ programming and was wondering
	if there is a book out there that is considered the Bible
	for C++ programmers (much like the K&R book for C)...

	Any recommendations on C++ books would be greatly appreciated!
