qst de ad7i hr arrl bulletin nr 20 from arrl headquarters newington ct march 17, 1983 to all radio amateurs bt according to information just received, polish stations will be permitted back on the air for the annual sp dx contest. the contest will be held on schedule, from 1500z april 2 until 2400z april 3. the contest is cw only, 80 through 10 meters. sp stations will send signal reports and a two letter abbreviation for their province. others send signal report and serial number. complete rules are available from arrl hq for an s.a.s.e. ar
