One big difference between physical sciences and social sciences is that
the former is usually more quantified and formalized than the latter. To
what extend can we push the quantitative methodology in social sciences?
With respect to quantification and measurement, what are the
similarities between physical and social science? Aside, is the
measurement problem like the uncertainty principle in quantum mechanics
fundamental to all scientific inquiries?
