qst de w1aw hr crrl bulletin nr 14 from crrl headquarters london ont april 12, 1983 to all radio amateurs bt doc has released its new trc24, the syllabus for all canadian amateur radio examinations. it does not take effect until february 1, 1984, and there will be two more sets of exams based on the old syllabus. the new trc24 explains the theory requirements in great detail and reinstates the code sending test. crrl has asked doc to permit a limited number of beacon stations in what will be the 18 and 24.5 mhz bands. the beacons would be used for propagation studies ar
