qst de ad7i holmdel, new jersey, u.s.a. hr arrl bulletin nr 38 from arrl headquarters newington ct may 26, 1983 to all radio amateurs bt at the fcc open meeting may 26, the commission adopted a notice of proposed rulemaking outlining minor changes to the hf races segments and proposing the adjustment of 2 meter races frequencies to conform to regular amateur practice. the comment deadline for this nprm has not been announced as yet. at the same meeting, fcc adopted a report and order deleting most logging requirements, including those for third party traffic. the effective date will be announced in a further bulletin. details on these fcc actions will be forthcoming in qst ar
