The standard says [363:12]: A string that could be recognized as more than one delimiter will be considered the string of the most specific delimiter that it satisfies. Suppose I have short reference delimiters "B&#RE;&#SPACE;" and "&#SPACE;&#RE;B" (these meet the requirements of [467:17], though they are deprecated according to [467:21]), which would the string "&#SPACE;&#RE;&#SPACE;" be considered as?
