Hi there, I am wondering if there happens to be a LL(1) grammar description of the SGML language. If so, pointers to refs are *very* appreciated. thanx in advance Jos +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ |O J.A. The Amsterdam SGML Parser uses an LL(1) parser generator, notably LLgen, for both DTD and document parsing. Actually, SGML is not LL(1), but we used the `conflict resolvers' from LLgen to overcome the problems we came across. I am one of the authors of this parser, but since I have left the university where it was made someone else can answer your questions about availability.
