Where might one fine the latest and greatest version of `cflow' or
it's equivalent?

As alternatives to the cflow program, you may want to consider using something
a little more current. There are two products which come to mind. Hindsite from
Advanced Software Automation, provides a GUI and/or command line tools to allow
aid you in better understanding of your code. McCabe also has a product which
performs simularly. Both products are available on many u*ix platforms.
