This is the latest element set for what is in all probability Amsat-Oscar-10. There is very little radar data on this object, primarily because it is so small. However, it gave a good LOS prediction time for Tokyo earlier today, so it is probably good for tracking. Object 14129 - probably Oscar-10: Epoch time: 83170.50000000 Sun Jun 19 12:00:00 1983 UTC Element set: MH 6-22-83 Inclination: 8.5590 deg RA of node: 248.1490 deg Eccentricity: 0.7288272 Arg of perigee: 180.3280 deg Mean anomaly: 313.5510 deg Mean motion: 2.29924800 rev/day Decay rate: 0.001 rev/day^2 (poorly determined, probably too large) Semi major axis: 24253.381 km Anom period: 626.291727 min Apogee: 35551.760 km Perigee: 198.712 km One AMSAT command station has done some ranging, but there is not yet enough data to properly define the orbit.
