qst de ad7i holmdel, new jersey, u.s.a. hr arrl bulletin nr 67 from arrl headquarters newington ct july 29, 1983 to all radio amateurs bt nasa hq announced friday afternoon, july 29, that the sts9 space shuttle mission has been postponed from september 30 to october 28. the 9 day mission will include 2 meter fm operation by mission specialist owen garriott, w5lfl, as scheduled. the four week slip is caused by a postponement of the intervening sts8 mission now slated for mid august. details of the sts9 amateur radio operation appear in july, august and september 1983 qst ar
