My apologies. My first article was based on a September 28
regulatory discussion with Ms. Flora Stewart, FCC Field
Operations Bureau in Chicago.
After reading Cliff's heated response on October 3, I called
the FCC, and spoke with a Mr. Sklom. This fellow contrad-
icted the information given in the first conversation!
