[comp.unix.shell] tcsh - Background and History

I need some information for a user guide I am helping to write.

1. Does anyone know the official name of tcsh?
2. Who wrote/developed it originally?
3. What are its best features (above and beyond C shell)?  Give me 
   your opinion it's top three features.
