[comp.unix.shell] Korn shell purchase

It is my understanding that some descendant of the
original AT&T (Bell Labs?) is claiming ownership of
the more recent implementations of the Korn Shell.
This understanding may be wrong, but if it is correct,
I am interested in determining how I could buy a copy.
