[comp.unix.internals] looking for PD kernel modem device driver.

Hi netters:

I am looking for a pubic domain unix kernel modem device driver
module. I am unsure of what goes into a kenrel device driver for a
modem, and how it is different from a tty driver. Pointer to PD code
are appreciated.
