qst de ad7i hr crrl bulletin nr 33 from crrl headquarters london ont november 9, 1983 to all radio amateurs bt at a joint crrl/carf/doc meeting in ottawa, five amateurs and five doc officials reviewed over 350 questions for the amateur and advanced amateur examinations. some questions were discarded, some were improved and, as a result, candidates may expect fairer exams in the future. a new request to doc to reinstate teleprinter operation in the 7.05 to 7.1 segment of the 40 meter band is being prepared. crrl is also asking doc to eliminate the need for cw identification during teleprinter contacts ar
