Early in 1991 all 50 states and thousands of counties and municipalities will be receiving data from the 1990 census. Many will be using this data for redistricting the congressional, state, county, and even local ward boundaries that currently exist. Does anyone know of any software that exists to facilitate this process? I'm particularly after such software to run on an Altos system using Xenix, but also would like to hear of any running under MS/DOS.
