I have problem making a UUCP connection between 2 xenix/286 machines, using Xenix rel. 2.2.1. The configuration is: Running 1200 Baud, I have also tried 2400 Baud without any luck. Machine A: outgoing using a TrailBlazer Plus. Machine B: incoming using Hayers modem on COM1. I have also tried the other way around (A incoming and B outgoing), and there is no difference. The problem is: 1) When nothing is queued all goes well. 2) When machine B has queued, this will be send to A without any problem. 3) When machine A has queued, I will get the following using debuglevel -x7 on uucico. The modem takes care of the handshake with DTR und RTS. They get disabled if you use the direct non-modem devices. Hope, this helps. -- Karl-Peter Huestegge karl@robot.in-berlin.de Berlin Friedenau ..unido!fub!geminix!robot!karl
