[comp.unix.xenix.sco] Can't read Sun streamer tapes !

smith@compound.se (Bj|rn Smith) (11/27/90)

Has anybody succeeded to produce a streamer tape (60 Mbyte cassette)
on a Sun and read it on a Xenix/386 with Archive streamer ?

When trying to read the tape with dd or tar I get read error.

I'm using the standard built in device driver and Xenix 2.3.2.

Thanks in advance for any kind of help !

What Archive drive are you using? Some can read the QIC-24 format,
	and some cannot...
