Since I'm in the lucky (aarggh!) group that gets to plan out OS upgrades on our SCO Xenix customer base, I'm looking for an easy way for our Tech Writing staff to write the documentation. I was trying to think of someway of connecting a printer to a system that would allow us to print out the entire procedure as it was being performed. Kinda like a printer connected to an aux port of a dumb terminal. My reason for this is that we'll have a group of non-techie people doing the actual upgrade with the customer via phone (yes, we are nice guys). The more staight forward the instructions, the better off I'll be (if you know what I mean). Maybe this is just wishful thinking? Any suggestions appreciated. Oh yeah, we're going from 2.2.3 to 2.3.3.
