[comp.unix.xenix.sco] Is there a Xenix to COFF convert?

I see a beast to take other executable formats and convert to Xenix.  Does
anyone know of a utility to take a Xenix executable and convert to a COFF 
executable?  (like to ship to an AT&T unix system? )
