[comp.unix.xenix.sco] Epson FX-286 Header Page Problem:

	We have Epson FX-286 printer connected to a Unix BSD 4.2 BSD server.
	Even though we have :sh: entry in our printcap, we still get the
	burst header page on the Epson.  What might be causing this? Any 
	info on this will be appreciated.
