[comp.unix.xenix.sco] Looking for a file transfer protocol

  Does anyone know where I can obtain source for a file transfer protocol
such as Xmodem or Ymodem?  Are these in the public domain?

  I am posting this for a friend (who has a xenix.sco system) and do
not read this newsgroup, so reply by e-mail please.
