yee@aix01.aix.rpi.edu (Crimson Avenger) (04/16/91)

HELP! I'm on UNIX and I ftp a file called !INDEX from a MTS type of a system.
I can't read it, rename it, or delete that file... It keeps on saying
"Event not found"... Anybody know how to remove that kind of file?

rm !INDEX
Event not found

rm "!INDEX"
Event not found

Thanks.. E-mail or post is fine... I'll be looking for this.
