[comp.unix.admin] PLP on HPUX/SYS V?

ajcd@cs.edinburgh.ac.uk (Angus Duggan) (10/14/90)

We have aquired the latest version of PLP (Public Line Printer Spooler), which
we wish to use on HP9000 workstations, running HPUX 7.0. Has anyone out there
ported PLP to HPUX? Failing that, has anyone ported PLP to SYS V machines?
(HPUX is like a wierd mixture of SYS V and BSD 4.3 --- it's supposed to be
POSIX compliant).

Thanks for any help,
        Angus.
