I would like to get information from organizations, private or public sector, that have a formal chargeback system (to users or organizations within) regarding workstation services. These services may include installation of hardware, software, software configuration, maintenance, and even purchasing the systems for the user. Do such companies also buy ahead to provide a "computer store" service from which systems and software are ordered and rapidly delivered? If you can point me in the right direction to telephone numbers or e-mail for additional info, I'll take it from there. Thanks.
