It can be mounted internally or externally. It takes the microtape cartridges (I use 3M DC2000 and DC2120) and it can backup 40/60/120 MB. I'm selling the tape drive, the external kit, and the controller for an AT type computer. I have drivers for DOS and Xenix and I'll throw in whatever tape cartridges I have that I can't use anymore. COLORADO MEMORY SYSTEMS will sell you drivers for a lot of other systems too. I used it when I installed it and never again. Warranty is still in effect and I have all the manuals.
