Dear all, I would like to mention there is a newsgroup alt.irc which is for these discussions. Next, is this newsgroup not for administrative questions? Personal biast against IRC and how much bandwidth it might take up should not be brought up here. If the administrator of University of Cincinatti dislikes IRC, he should remove his link to the IRC network. Personally, I think this is all childish.
