Does anyone have any good ideas for integrating Yellow Pages among various platforms? Here we run SunOS 4.1.1 Rev B., AIX 3.1 patch 3003 , and Ultrix 4.0. We have NIS (Yellow Pages) running real nice under SunOS, but we would like to integrate Ultrix and AIX. I have a feeling it is going to be a real nightmare, especially since I only have Ultrix 3.0 documentation. For example, what does the file /etc/svc.conf really do? Are there any good strategies? *** Also, I run Smail 3.1.20 on our SPARCstation 1. I have a lot of trouble rebuilding the alias database under Yellow Pages. How is this done?
