I'm looking for assistance in attempting to justify additional resources to support the current network environment of which I manage. My objective is to attempt to compare current available staff figures and network devices supported to those of other organizations. We like most support organizations feel that we are understaffed, etc. I'm hoping that our numbers fall below those of you who may be willing to help me out. Of course, this was dropped like a bomb on me so my timeframe to try to come up with something is very tight. If anyone is interested in assisting me, I'd appreciate it. To try to make things easier, I've put together a little template of information that hopefully some of you will be compelled to fill out and email back to me.
