Have any of the public domain SLIPs been ported successfully to SCO UNIX 3.2? Also, I've been poking through the SLIPs here and started wondering if we really have all the public domain versions that are available. -- Paul A. What problems have you had with the SCO SL/IP? Also, does anyone have a SL/IP for MS-DOS? I had one from somewhere, but it failed with both Sun and SCO SL/IP (which work with one another). -- bill davidsen - davidsen@sixhub.uucp (uunet!crdgw1!sixhub!davidsen) sysop *IX BBS and Public Access UNIX moderator of comp.binaries.ibm.pc and 80386 mailing list "Stupidity, like virtue, is its own reward" -me

According to a posting on the net (comp.arcives(?)) Clarkson University has released binaries for a version of NCSA Telnet has SL/IP support. I've heard that KA9Q will also work but it sounds as if you may have tried it.

( The server is running the Xenix SCO TCP/IP package). It all works fine and dandy. Get almost 5k/sec xfer on large files. NOTE: I'm using a 56K serial line, one of the advantages of the DigiBoard line...B^). If you need to run SL/IP on SCO systems just use what came with SCO TCP/IP. Remember to have the ethernetted server do a proxy arp for it's SL/IP clients or they won't be visable on the ethernet.
