[comp.unix.sysv386] Dumb questions on SCO System V.3.2

flin@eniac.seas.upenn.edu (Frederick Lin) (10/01/90)

I know there must be some simple answers to these questions, but I just can't
figure them out:

How come every time I finger any user on my system, the finger message always
says that the user has never logged in, even though I know for sure they have?

When I'm done 'talk'ing to another user, I can't get out of the talk screen by
pressing any key. (On other unix systems I normally do ctrl-c and it works.)
Did I set up something wrong?

Hope someone could help me out.
Thanks,
Fred.
