qst de k9eui hr crrl bulletin nr 21/22 from crrl headquarters london ont june 11 1984 to all radio amateurs bt a new reciprocal licensing agreement between canada and grenada, j3, went into effect on april 11. nominations are now open for crrl amateur of the year. send nominations and support material to crrl by september 14. the thursday june 21 north american teleconference radio net will feature ve2cv speaking on multiband, broadband and frequency independent antennas. the net begins at 2130 edt and is carried on repeaters all over the u.s. and canada. the crrl board of directors will hold its 1984 meeting in toronto on august 4. anyone with input for the meeting should contact their nearest crrl director, ve7csd, ve6aw, ve3gro, ve3cdm, ve3fn, ve2ij or ve1asj. elections for crrl regional directors will be held this fall. ar
