qst de k9eui hr arrl bulletin nr 44 from arrl headquarters newington ct june 6 1984 to all radio amateurs bt uosat oscar 11 ground controllers at the university of surrey switched on the vita/amsat digital communications experiment for the first time. current drain is within the range expected. the first major operational test was carried out successfully when the dce was given control of the downlink beacon. indications were that the rom based bootloader was active and awaiting software load commands from the ground. the first software tests were scheduled for today. ar
