It's in AT&T System V Release 4 - meaning it's in the base V.4 code, not
just intel's.  Long names are supported only in a "ufs" file system.  (ufs
is the V.4 name for the Berkeley style fs.)  Names are still limited to 14
characters in s5 (System V compatible) file systems in V.4.
