[comp.unix.sysv386] Monitors....

tron1@tronsbox.xei.com (HIM) (11/19/90)

Hi net.all again ..

Thanks to all those who have responded so far --

Two more questions... On a BBS around here I saw SCO Xenix versions of two
programs that did the following .. I would love them for ISC 386ix.

1) A program that killed users who didnt have I/O in a certain number of
time units -- called "untamo" it ran as a root deamon.

2) A wedge that allowed a sysadmin to watch all IO to / from a terminal
session so that he could monitor a user.

I intend to use the second as a training tool for my consulting work, and
the first for my clients system ... any help/source appreciated!
