Howdy! I'm about to move to (for me at least) unknown area with our network. So, I've got this 386/20 which is running Interactive 386/ix. I've got TCP/IP and such things installed. The computer is running as a server for a pc-network (Locus PC-Interface) and it has been (about) problem free until now. Now I should connect one ps/2 70 which is running os/2. Has anyone got experience with such thing? Should I use the pc-interface or go straight for tcp/ip? The main use for the connection would be to get some files from the server to the ps/2, which is running as a FMS controller. That is Flexible Manufacturing System. This again would be the link between CAD/CAM and the cell control program. Any helpful tip or experience is greeted with a great joy :) Timo * * Timo Hyvonen * * K{rkisorvi on konepajojemme t{rkein ty|st|kone * tsh@hut.fi * * * +358-0-468-2241 (home)* * - O.E.
