qst de k9eui hr bulletin nr 53 from arrl headquarters newington ct june 26 1984 to all radio amateurs bt romania, yo, has established a temporary third party traffic agreement with the u.s. for use during the 1984 summer olympics. other countries with such agreements are indonesia, yb, yc and yd, hong kong, vs6, and zimbabwe, z2. the agreements take effect at 0100 utc july 1 to 2359 utc august 31, 1984, and will allow messages to be exchanged between the olympic village and the athletes home countries. ar
