:-)

Does anybody read the garbage from mgweed!rjr about bulletins?
I don't listen to the stuff on the radio, much less read it!
Am I missing the importance of that garbage?

You may not get anything out of them but some people do, I'm sure.
Even if they don't want all the propagation forecast, they still might
want to be informed as to what foolishness Wayne Green is up to with
the FCC now. Is ignorance your best excuse???

My God, two notes is a row, the first one trying to start an argument and
he even used Wayne Green as a reference, then he wants us to bury our head
in the sand.

All I can say is, if you wanted to start an arguement, you certainly
did good picking Wayne Green to back you up.

I, for one, read the ARRL bulletins, propagation forecasts,
and DX bulletins regularly. Keep them coming, Bob.

I also read the ARRL bulletins that
are posted to the net. I'm not always
able to copy the propagation and dx
bulletins. Keep them coming.

Stop the bulletins and bring up no-code discussions from the depths
of net.ham-radio (or, at least dialogue from a few months back)???!!!
Whats up??? KEEP THE BULLETINS COMING, some of us dont have the
time (or the ability) to catch them all via other means

I appreciate rjr's posting of the arrl bulletins, and would like to
see it continue. I find the majority of the bulletins uninteresting,
but a few important ones make up for that. Perhaps rjr could add
a word or two to the title line that would suggest the content of
the bulletin. I would skip anything marked '3rd-party traffic', for ex.

mpackard, don't forget the power of the 'n' key.

I enjoy reading arrl bulletins, and appreciate the service provided by
mgweed!rjr. The 'n' key is still available for those of you who aren't
interested, since they are clearly identified in the "Subject:" line.
Keep them coming!

jak@hou5h.UUCP (06/27/84)

I find the ARRL bulletins, DX bulletins, and propagation reports very
useful. I appreciate the time and effort spent to post them to the net.
For many of us with busy schedules, etc. net.ham-radio is the only source
of this info.
Please keep it up.

KEEP the bulletins. DON'T even start the no-code discussion again.
And if the perpetrator of the original two messages is so short sighted
as to assume that what he is doing is the only thing of interest in
ham radio then it sure ain't any wonder that he quoted Wayne Green.

Receiving arrl bulletins via net mail is, for me, a simple and
efficient way of keeping plugged into ham radio developments. Also, when
there are some timely bulletins in my mailbox I print them out and bring
them to our club meetings. Keep 'em coming!

I too, must say I like the bulletins being posted, particularly the dx and
propogation forecast bulletins.

I redistribute these locally to some of the Ham BBS's, and the response has
been totally positive!! Folks love 'em, particularly since most folks
don't get to copy them directly.

Keep em' coming!

Don't stop the bulletins! With some work, anyone
can master cw. If you can't dedicate the time and
effort, try cb. KEEP THE HAM BANDS CLEAN!!!!
