hardware: IPC 386 @ 25MHz, Intel 387
software: ISC 3.2.2 OS, ISC 3.2.0.2 compiler
problem: math intensive program hangs system, but can still get into
the kernel debugger, which says it says it was in "savefp".
happens in either cc or gcc.
questions: has anybody seen something like this?
does anybody know if the 3.2.2 compiler upgrade will fix it?
my client is having conniptions. any help would be appreciated.
