Hi folks, I would like to use the SCO NFS package on my system which is an Olivetti XP4 (386 - 25 MHz configured with 8Mbyte of RAM and the 80387) but I always get this message: nfsd: cannot register with CP. I suppose that CP stands for cpd; is it right ? On the system is currently installed the SCO ODT package (received as beta release) and the UB1 update which is the latest update we received from SCO. When nfs starts these are the messages which appear on the screen: ... NFS Startup ... ONC Daemons: portmap NFS Daemons: mountd nfsd(x4) nfsclnt(x4)nfsd: cannot register with CP. biod(x4) Lock manager: statd lckclnt(x4) lockd ONC Daemons: rexd Mountig NFS file systems ... NFS Startup complete. ... Please reply by e-mail. Thanks in advance.
