Hi, Does anybody know which files I should include when compiling keyboard.c in X386 1.1 patches on a SCO UNIX 3.2v2.0 box. These are the errors that I currently get when I compile it. I think that /usr/include/sys/keyboard.h should be included somewhere because that contains the keymap_t definition and GIO_KEYMAP, but I'm not sure about the rest.(LDGMAP, LDNMAP, and LDSMAP). I assumed E_TABSZ is 8. Any help will be greatly appreciated. gcc -DNOSTDHDRS -DNO_ASM -fstrength-reduce -fpcc-struct-return -fwritable-strings -c -O -I../../../. -I. -I../mfb -I../mi -I../../include -I../../os/4.2bsd -I../../.././X11 -DSCO -DSYSV386 -DSYSV -DUSG -DSHAPE -DMULTIBUFFER -DMITSHM -DMITMISC -DXDEBUG -DXDMCP -DXVGA -DX386 -DXAW_BC keyboard.c keyboard.c: In function ATKbdProc: keyboard.c:502: `E_TABSZ' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:502: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once keyboard.c:502: for each function it appears in.) keyboard.c:503: `keymap_t' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:503: parse error before `keymap' keyboard.c:527: `LDGMAP' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:527: `buf' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:556: `GIO_KEYMAP' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:556: `keymap' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:603: `LDNMAP' undeclared (first use this function) keyboard.c:650: `LDSMAP' undeclared (first use this function) *** Error code 1 Thanks in advance, Rindress ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Name: Rindress MacDonald Email address: macdonal@mips2.cr.bull.com Phone number: (508)294-2797 Company: Bull Worldwide Information Systems Company address: 300 Concord Rd. Try <sys/emap.h> as well. This should get rid of the other undefined vars. ----- Linas Petras (Speaking for myself of course ! :-)

What of enhanced VGA boards do really work with SVR4 Xwindows in high resolution modes? What monitors should we use with this boards ? I have tried ATI Wonder+ , Video 7 FastWrite and several boards based on Tseng Labs chip. Only Fastwrite can work at 800x600. In former case root window became smaller( it occupies only part of the active screen) - is it normal for high resolution mode, is it software bug or it depends of initial settings ? Does anybody have any ideas ? Any help will be very appreciated. A.Romanov Micro/ix (508)443-1370
