For those in need of an inexpensive and readable copy of the FCC regs
and related stuff I'd like to recommend this publication. It presents
rule interpretations using QST's "Washington Mailbox" format as well as
band plans, exam info, technical standards, etc. For those who want
the actual regs, the last 35 pages are a complete reprint of part 97.
Not a bad buy for 3 dollars, but make sure you get the 2nd (1984)
edition. How many remember when the "License Manual" was 50 cents?
