The Security Hole started shipping the end of February to customers. We have continued to mail copies of the fix to those who sent e-mail, called Teleservices or Technical Support at INTERACTIVE. European customers can receive their copies either from the London support office (I have forwarded all e-mail requests from European customers to them) or from their European Distributor. If you have any concerns as to when your copy shipped, please send mail to martys@ism.isc.com. I will give you the date that your copy was sent. Marty C.
