David,  I'm serious, and wondering if hams are limiting themselves
by only requiring 5WPM.  If you are really serious then in order to
improve efficiency you must demand a higher speed.  Something on the
order of 20 WPM or higher.  This would allow traffic to be passed
almost as fast as ASCII.  I believe all hams should be required to
demonstrate 20 WPM minimum if they want morse code.  Any less would
cause tremendous delays.  That poor bastard on the highway, with his
blood draining out as he taps SOS with his battery cables at 5 WPM
would wish he had improved his speed.

PS  To those people who have been complaining about my spelling,
    I didn't realize that you demanded so much english accuracy
    on this note.  I think I'm doing pretty good since I just
    learned the language 5 years ago.  (Russian) And I would
    like to relay something I learned on the bus the other day:
