Well, Unipress Software sells Gosling EMACS (a supported
predecessor to GNU) for SCO. I believe they export. Here's
my contact info for them:

Ugh. Don't buy it from Unipress! Get the real Emacs from the Free Software
Foundation. It builds directly out-of-the-kit under SCO Unix; all you need
is a C compiler (either gcc or Microsoft cc which comes with the Development
System).

You can uucp it from uunet.uu.net, or ftp it from prep.ai.mit.edu, or
buy a tape from FSF / 675 Massachusetts Ave. / Cambridge, MA 02139 / USA.
(Tel. 617-876-3296).

Support the folks who *wrote* Emacs in the first place...
